List Values

When you are editing an existing Metadata List, you will be able to manage the list of values.

Create new list value

Click on this button to create a new list value. A new dialog will appear, where you must introduce (at least) the mandatory fields:

Name. Introduce the name of the value (internal name)
Value. Introduce the value. This is what the users will see when they select the value.
Related list. Select the list in which this value belongs.

To cancel click on "Cancel". To save click on "Save"

The new value will appear in the List of values

Click on this icon to edit an existing value.

Click on "Cancel" to cancel the edit operation. Click on "Save" to save the changes.

Click on this icon to delete the value. This action will show the following dialog:

Click

to delete the selected users, or

to cancel the operation.

If the element you want to delete has dependences , it won't be deleted and the system will show you a list of existing dependences

This will show a list with all the values related to the Metadata List, where you can add, modify or delete them.
