How to manage Non-linear Schedulings

There are 4 main ways to schedule specific productions to non-linear platforms at a given date and time:

From the Non-linear List view by clicking the button
From the Non-linear Calendar view by clicking to any day of the week and selecting the "Schedule" option
From a Production in the Catalog , clicking the icon
From a Content in the Catalog, clicking the icon and selecting the "Schedule" option

In any case, this is the window that will be opened to manage the specific non-linear scheduling:

Select Non-linear Platforms

Select one or more non-linear platforms from the available ones. For each selected platform, a new tab will be opened where you can define the publication parameters.

Select Productions

Select one or more productions from the catalog.

Select Publishing Date/Hour

Select the day and time when the system has to publish automatically the selected productions to the defined platforms

Unpublishing Date/Hour

Select the day and time when the system has to unpublish automatically the selected productions from the defined platforms

Common Table Details

This tab contains the common information for all selected productions, not depending on the platforms.

Select/Unselect All Schedulings

Check or uncheck this box to select or unselect all the productions. Selecting multiple schedulings will enable the Bulk Edit panel

Esnable/Disable Scheduling

Check or uncheck this box to select or unselect the selected production.Selecting multiple schedulings will enable the Bulk Edit panel

Production Title

This column shows the title of the production in the catalog. This cannot be edited

Schedule?

Check or uncheck to enable or disable the scheduling of the production.

Private?

Check to schedule the productions to be published in ¨Private¨ mode.

This field is only applicable to Youtube

Publication Title

Title to be displayed in the non-linear platform. By default, it will be the Production Title, but this field can be automated using Custom Patterns. For more information, go to Administration > Non-linear Platforms > How to manage Non-linear platforms

Publishing/Unpublishing Dates

These fields will be inherit from the Common Table details, but you can change them individually for each production.

Bulk Edit panel

When selecting more than one production in the current non-linear tab, the "Bulk Edit" panel will be opened where you will be able to assign the same publication fields to all the selected productions.

You can hide

or show

the Bulk Edit panel at any time.

1. Introduce the fields that you want to set for all the selected productions

2. Click "Update" to apply the bulk edit or "Cancel" to abort the operation.

Cancel Button

Click to cancel the non-linear scheduling.

Schedule Button

Click to schedule the productions in the selected non-linear platforms.

You can track all the non-linear schedulings from the Non-linear (List View) or Non-linear (Calendar View), filtering by the Scheduling Type "Video on Demand"
