How to manage consolidations
In this section you will learn how to make the consolidation between the broadcasted events and the scheduled ones for one specific day, based on their Media Id. This is the way how the users will validate each daily broadcast.
 Channel
Name of the channel corresponding to the current consolidation.

 Date
Date of the current consolidation.

 Correct Matching
As soon as we are scheduling showings in the current Service Order, this value will automatically indicate the number of scheduled showings and the total price.

 Wrong Matching

 Show / Hide left panel
Click  to hide the left panel and have more space to work with the weekly view.

 Broadcasted events
List of the broadcasted events with the real start time automatically extracted from the AsRunLog. of the current day.

 Scheduled Events
List of the events of the VSNCrea playlist of the current day.

 Unscheduled

Select one event from the AsRunLog and click on  to set it as unscheduled. At this moment the event will be mark with the  label

Select one event from the Playlist to force its manual matching

 Remove Matchings
Use this option to remove all the existing matchings.

 Auto-Matching
Use this option to match automatically the events based on the start time
.

Choose the accepted start time distance between broadcasted events and scheduled events to make the Auto-Matching, between these options:

Exa ct Match. the system will use the exact start time of the events to do the auto matching

Custom value. Introduce a deviation time in HH:MM:SS

Click on 
All the events will be matched. The successful matchings will be marked with the  label. If there is some one that couldn't be matched, it will be marked with the  label.

 Save
Click on  to finish the current consolidation. At this moment the current day will become Consolidated.

 Back tolist
Click to come back to the Consolidations list.. Make sure that you already saved all your changes.
