Configuration

 
In this section, you will be able to configure general parameters of your tenant / organization such as currency, frame format, etc.
 
 
 
 
  • Catalog Configuration
  • Content Type Id Length. This defines the number of characters that the Content Types Id should have.
  • Content Id Length. This defines the number of characters that the Contents Id should have.
  • Production Length. This defines the number of characters that the Productions Id should have.
  • Segment Id Length. This defines the number of characters that the Segments Id should have.
  • Id Separator. Introduce the character to be used to separate the Ids
  • Frames per second. Select the frame rate of your organization (PAL, NTSC DF, NTSC Non DF)
  • Production Id Pattern. Introduce a custom pattern for the automatic Media Id generation
  • Include MediaId in production titles. Decide whether the Media Id should be shown in the Productions section of the Catalog
  • Contracts
  • Currency. Select the default currency to be used in your organization from the metadata list
  • Audit Log Configuration
  • Enable Audit Log. Decide to activate the audit logs so you can make reports about all user actions.
  • Delete log records after (days). Specify when the logs should be removed from the system
  • Help to improve VSNCrea sending usage data to VSN. This option will enable the option to record the user screen.
  • Export Configuration
  • Enable BXF Expected Windows. Only for BXF playlist format, to include the expected windows.
  • BXF Expected Windows. If the checkbox is enabled, indicate the time in HH:MM:SS
  • EPG Configuration
  • Show container name if block has no events. Select this option if you want to include the container name for the empty blocks in the EPG files.
  • Non-linear Configuration
  • Anticipation days before publishing content to non-linear platforms. The system will upload the files of the scheduled nonlinear content this amount of days before the actual publishing date.
  • Regional Configuration
  • Date Format. Specify the date format that should be used for all the date fields (DD/MM/YYYY vs MM/DD/YYYY)
  • First Day of the Week. Choose which should be the first day of the week that will be used in all calendar components
  • Time Format. Specify the time format that should be used for all the time fields (12h vs 24h)
